"$80 for a covid booster, and yes I know about the small Medicare rebate. Misleading advise on the Government Website. This will put some vulnerable people off from getting the booster unfortunately. I also made a booking which they couldn't find. Go to your Local Chemist, get your Booster for free, and they even send an Appointment Confirmation."

"Always booked in ay omega health never had any issues or problems,had my whole pregnancy with omega. Had my baby immunisation done with omega. My Dr was very good throughout my whole pregnancy. Was told babies would be main priority if given they're sick. Rang in advance for any availability was told to come down at 230 for my 10 month child that presented with a fever of 39, lethargic, along with flu symptoms. She was given panadol 40mins before coming but was still hot on touch. Arrived to omega and was told they changed doctors and had to wait. Upon waiting I was requested for my baby to get a RAT test before seeing another doctors. 245pm ask if they have forgotten about us. They requested to wait till 330pm for another appointment. Left ans called the ambulance. Really unprofessional to say babies that present sick are said to be priority but remain waiting for over 1hr after the appointment schedule time. Will never be coming back to omega health."

"26.06: I called and check if there is an available appt for my 5yo child. The one I spoke over the phone told me to just walk in at 8am the next day to see if I can be squeezed in. 27.06: I walked in with my child at 8am and was able to speak with the lady receptionist who told me to wait as my child can be accommodated by 930. Around 930, I came back to her and asked if I was called already cos I might have missed it as I was looking after my child. She said not yet and assured me on my 930 spot. So I went back to my seat and kept waiting. My child was getting bored (she is on a spectrum) so around 945 I came back to her again and asked. Then she told me, “I am sorry, I didnt expect it would get this busy. So I asked her what does she means, if do we have to keep waiting and what time. She kept on replying, “i dont know and i didnt expect we are this busy”. I’m like, you told us we will be accommodated at 930am and now she is telling me she dont know. I felt so sorry for myself and my child to have kept waiting and was just given false hope. I felt so upset that I just cried and left. Receptionist shouldn’t promise anything to clients and then end up telling them “she dont know”. I don’t think she is suitable to be in the frontline. —— thanks for the reply Victoria. i think you missed the part when I said I was promised to be accommodated at 930 am so we waited."

"A very good & welcoming Medical Centre, with a large number of varied skilled Drs on staff, along with practice nurses. Welcoming & helpful reception staff - appointments are essential....quite recently (Nov 2022) the mulri-practice centre became private, & no longer bulk-bills patients unless they have health care or similar cards. This busy & well-staffed multiple Dr pralctice is very highly recommended - although drop-in may be available, appointments are pretty much essential here."

"Do not attend this GP. I had an incident happen to me which i complained about. Had a very rude phone call with the centre manager who did not accept any responsibility and brushed off my concerns. In addition to this, the clinical knowledge and skills of the GP I have seen at Omega Health have been mediocre to say the least. Extremely concerning. I will not be returning"
