"I ordered delivery through UberEats. My food was stone cold when it arrived! I ordered at 6pm and it arrived at 6.45pm. I have previously provided feedback in-store about the take away/delivery orders being sat on a shelf with no heating to try and keep the food warm. It would be fantastic if the store owners could consider having food warmers installed for this purpose."
"I am a returning customer. I made my uber eats delivery couple days ago and I was absolutely impressed. The food ingredients, presentation, quantity and packaging were all perfect! But today was a huge disappointment! Ordered 5 hard shell tacos & large loaded nacho fries! Spent almost $70 which was a total waste!!! The tacos barely had any filling and the presentation was terrible! Couldn't even figure out which was which they were all half empty tacos. The ingredients were not fresh at all and the packaging was horrible all the filling came out! Loaded nachos looked gross and the quantity was not worth $19.80. Also, everything was cold! I am not sure if i will order from the store again. They failed to maintain the consistency of the service!"
"Craving a good Mexican dinner, we were left very disappointed. It felt like our nachos were made by a toddler. It was meant to be spicy but had no flavour at all. Pulled pork was more like boiled pork. I basically had to look under a microscope to find any cheese and it looked like someone just dumped a bunch of beans from the can without even draining them - liquid gathering on the bottom making the chips soggy. Salt and spice are apparently a foreign concept. Major yikes."
"I recently ordered fries from Guzman y Gomez in Gungahlin, and unfortunately, they were not up to the mark. The fries were extremely dry, and it seemed like they had been sitting out for quite some time. Moreover, the seasoning was not evenly distributed, making some of the fries overly salty and others completely bland. To make matters worse, the fries were also cold, which made the whole experience even more disappointing. Overall, I was very dissatisfied with the quality of the fries at Guzman y Gomez, and I would not recommend them to anyone looking for a good side dish."
