We understand that seeking therapy can be a financial concern for many individuals. That's why we offer both Medicare and private health rebates. If you have a Mental Health Care Plan in place, you may be eligible for Medicare rebates. Our goal is to make therapy accessible to as many people as possible.
Dr Indermaur has extensive experience in working with a wide range of psychological issues, including depression, anxiety, anger management, and substance abuse. Additionally, he specializes in helping couples navigate relationship challenges, which is a significant focus of his practice.
In his approach to therapy, Dr Indermaur utilizes various evidence-based techniques, including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Schema Therapy, and Emotionally Focused Therapy. These approaches have proven to be highly effective in helping individuals and couples overcome their challenges and build healthier, more fulfilling lives.
To request an appointment, we encourage you to email Dr Indermaur directly at DIndermaur@gmail.com. He offers sessions on Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Saturdays, with flexible hours ranging from 10am to 6pm (4pm on Saturdays). In most cases, you can expect to secure a session within three weeks, but if you have some flexibility, Dr Indermaur can often accommodate you sooner.
For added convenience, we also offer Telehealth services, allowing you to have your session from the comfort of your own home. Using platforms such as Skype, Facetime, or Zoom, you can still receive the support you need, even if you are unable to attend in-person sessions.
