Dr Rosslyn de Wet is a highly experienced Clinical Haematologist based in Perth. Having completed her medical training in South Africa, she graduated with a Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery degree from the prestigious University of the Witwatersrand in 2005. Afterward, she pursued further training in Townsville, Queensland, and specialized in Haematology in Perth.
Dr de Wet's expertise extends beyond general haematology, as she has a particular interest in geriatric and obstetric haematology. Her passion for providing exceptional care to patients of all ages and backgrounds has led her to become a trusted healthcare professional in the field.
In recognition of her dedication and expertise, Dr de Wet became a Fellow of the Royal Australasian College of Physicians in 2015 and the Royal College of Pathologists of Australasia in 2016. Her commitment to continuous learning and improvement is evident through her research in quality of life assessment in myeloma and her completion of a Diploma in Palliative Medicine.
Currently, Dr de Wet divides her time between various medical institutions, including King Edward Memorial Hospital, Pathwest PCH, and her private practice at RED Haematology. This allows her to provide exceptional care to a wide range of patients and collaborate with other healthcare professionals in the field.
