Let us introduce you to our experienced physiotherapists. Kiera graduated from La Trobe University in 2010 and has since specialized in continence and pelvic floor rehabilitation at The University of Melbourne. She has extensive experience in pre and postnatal care, clinical Pilates, pelvic floor rehabilitation, orthopedics, and aged care. Kiera has presented at conferences and has a special interest in pregnancy, post-birth conditions, and pelvic pain.

Samara, another member of our team, has been a physiotherapist and Pilates instructor since 2009. Prior to becoming a physiotherapist, she had a background in fitness and taught group exercise and clinical Pilates. Samara is passionate about women's health, pregnancy-related disorders, exercise, and pelvic floor conditions. She has also pursued post-graduate studies in this field from the University of Melbourne.

Emily, our newest team member, completed her Bachelor of Applied Science (Physiotherapy) at Monash University in 2021. She has gained experience in hospitals and private settings, specializing in spinal, sports, and women's health physiotherapy. Emily has completed additional professional development courses, including Dry Needling and GLA:D, and recently completed postgraduate training in pelvic floor physiotherapy at Melbourne University. She is multilingual, speaking fluent Cantonese, Mandarin, and English.

In her spare time, Emily enjoys Dragon Boating and can often be found paddling in the Yarra River.
