"Worst service I have ever had in my life.. These Keeki people sells most expensive furniture and their customer service is ZERO.. I have bought 2 Sofas one 2seater and other 2.5seater, Custom made, paid extra money for best quality service, AUSTRALIAN MADE as they advertised and what happened is... FIRSTLY : we received the Sofas after 5 months wait SECONDLY : we used the Sofas first time and next morning saw DIP in the one sofa we have used. Then there is a series of complaints and bad and unacceptable customer service.. After sending them back to back emails and making phone calls finally they have repaired faulty sofa. Right after that when we again used the sofa we had same issue with the other piece of sofa... Now there was another DIP in other piece of Sofa... Raised same complaint.. Same response, NO ONE care and no RESOLUTION... COMPLETELY IRRESPONSIBLE & UNACCEPTABLE BEHAVIOUR... Sofa's fabric ripped off, threads came out and this is when we have NOT USED tge sofa for more than twice... Compalint raised with ACCC now... People be aware with these MONEY LOOTERS who sells LOW QUALITY STUFF NAMING IT AUSTRALIAN MADE... I wish I have ZERO STARS option... DO NOT GO TO KEEKI DANDENONG"

"Stay away from this awful, awful business We bought furniture that was overpriced considering the significant quality issues we've experienced, and they have literally for years been giving us the runaround regarding any sort of warranty service or coverage. And they refuse to advise of an escalation person within so we are having to go through consumer affairs to handle what should be a simple request for warranty service."

"WORST FURNITURE STORE IVE EVER BEEN TO!! Keeki has the worst customer service that I’ve ever received. Over a year ago I ordered a tray, they said it would be in stock in March, however we were stuck overseas at the time due to Covid. Because of this we weren’t able to pick up the phone, thus the order. When we returned I emailed them countless times to their inquiries, as well as those at reception. I explained the situation and got no reply in return, I also called them and they said they’d get back to me, but never did. Months later I sent another email in regards to my order, explaining again, why I wasn’t able to pick up my order. Again no reply. Despite all of this, I went to their store and was told by the employees that they’d email their sales team, and get back to me. While I was there they said that they had a lot of the product I ordered in stock, and that they’d fix the issue, since my order had been cancelled. After a few more phone calls, I got a call today saying how they couldn’t give me the product I ordered or my money back. Saying how it was a ‘policy’ since it had been too long. It was lucky I only ordered a small product, if I had ordered furniture and given the deposit, I would’ve never gotten my money back. It’s the worst customer service I’ve ever received, not only is it a hassle for you to chase them up, but the random policies and slow replies. I will never come back to this place again. If anyone is thinking of coming here, don’t. It’s the worst furniture store I’ve ever been to."
