"Very disappointed by the rude and abrasive customer service from Vic and Omar at the Dandenong store. Firstly to be told that an item is in stock, and phone lines not connecting to double check last minute in case of stock changed. This initiated the 1hour drive only to be told the item was in fact not in stock. The only alternative was waiting a week and or incurring a 50% delivery fee on the purchase price…. Again, in a very abrasive and rude tone."

"I give two stars for the friendly staff. but major improvements required. 1. product accuracy very poor. what's on display and the product I received was questionable. there were no brand name or tags or nothing, but look same. 2. Half a delivery was sent so I had to pick up the rest. 3. The warehouse transfers to the store and the follow up methods on orders extremely poor. I never received the item for about 5 weeks which was promised in 7 days. Biggest concern for me what's on display and what we get is a major concern. when I point this out to the store the answers were very poor. Other than that great store looks amazing friendly staff and very helpful and apologetic and was quick to refund my deposit on one of the items. Would I shop again in this store? Unfortunately No."
