"Very happy with the products - 2 seat recliner lounge, 2 seat lounge and 6 x dining chairs. Floor staff were extremely helpful and happy to assist (even when the chairs were added to the order the next day over the phone) delivery was less than a week and could have been next day if we were ready. Delivery personnel were happy and efficient and assembled the furniture and moved to position in short order. Overall, one of the best furniture purchasing experiences my wife and I have had."

"Bought a 3 piece lounge at the Dandenong store recently. The design was so comfortable- it’s getting harder to find chairs that support the head and neck- and I knew that this was the one as soon as I sat on it. Got it at a great price, too, as they had a sale going on, so terrific savings on an already reasonable price. The young woman who helped organise the part-payment and delivery day and time was so friendly and helpful, explaining my queries with an excellent attitude and manner. Thank you! Delivery was two weeks later; no waiting months for my couches to be ready. The delivery men were excellent, sending me a text the night before and telling me they’d leave the depot at 7:15 and that I was second on their list. They rang again at 7:40 am to say they were on their way and arrived at 8. The two courteous and helpful men unpacked and set up everything for me where I wanted it, took my payment balance and then neatly stored the cardboard packaging for me to dispose of. All done efficiently by 8:20! The ENTIRE experience was excellent and I recommend Focus on Furniture most highly. Thank you all for terrific customer service!!! Satisfied customer!"
