"I’ve been having laser done here for over a year easily. Mac is the most thorough therapist I’ve had honestly!! I’ve had a few different therapists at the beginning and they both missed spots and were fast with it. Mac takes her genuine time and explained to me the growth patterns and etc. She would go over areas properly and never had a complaint to bring up with her :)) and is so friendly and lovely and speaks so highly of the clinic and I’ve bought many products from her recommendation which I love. Only therapist I am wanting to get my laser done by is Mac she honestly is great. Ik this looks like the other reviews at the beginning but genuinley if you go to book in here at RLC. Mac is the girl but don’t book her out too much from me grrr"

"Have been going to results laser clinic for over 2 years now and have been having laser hair removal. The first year and a half was amazing, rotated between 3 technicians and all were lovely and thorough. My favourite is Mackenzie, she was/is incredible, she goes above and beyond in every aspect, could not recommend her more. However, in the six months or so the past 3 appointments have been extremely disappointing, have had new girls that I didn’t recognise and have left, every time, feeling upset and unsatisfied. They did not do a thorough job and they missed spots, and in the few weeks following I would be left very patchy. And that’s disappointing because it’s pretty expensive. Will continue to come however will only see Mackenzie from now on. Would also like to add, I had Brooke and was extremely disappointed, I found her very rude and was treated like another appointment rather than a person, I also found her lazy. The close weeks after that appointment the top half of my underarms grew back. And as I’ve been going there for 2 years I know what to expect. She also missed parts of my upper bikini line. The appointment before, I had another blonde women her name starting with L, she was also very disappointing. She was running 25 minutes late and the appointment felt rushed and unfinished. As I said earlier, I will now only see Mackenzie at the clinic again because she’s kind and treats you like a human being, and actually does her job. Without Mackenzie I would be taking my business elsewhere."

"I have been coming here over a year for laser hair removal and occasionally other treatments. I can't fault the service or quality of treatments provided by Vanessa. She is helpful with enquires, makes you feel comfortable and goes above and beyond for her customers. She has a great chat too so treatments go quickly! Highly recommend this clinic."
