"Not here to see a specialist but just happen to be lining up at the wrong area. But seeing two receptionists yelling at two old couples was disgusting to see. The couple were confused about some information & didn’t know they had to get a referral from a doctor first. If the two receptionists used their calm voices and told them clear direction (even if they had to repeat it a few times) that would have been ok. But it was wrong to see them angry at the couples. There was a signage on their window about “zero tolerance” when they themselves were showing ‘aggressive’ behaviour and had no respect. The patient had to repeat multiple times to the receptionist “thank you, your an angel” just to keep the receptionist calm. It was just wrong to see and i will be passing my experience to my friends and family members to not come here. I don’t want anyone treated this way."

"Incredible doctor and front of practice staff. The day before my surgery my bloods showed some weird electrolyte imbalance and Prof. Coleman advised my anaesthetist and then squeezed me in for a long consultation within a week (due to the fact that my surgery was on hold pending this imbalance being resolved). Prof. Coleman then pulled out all stops to ensure that the quite rare and infrequently done test that I needed would be done promptly after the one and only pathology centre that does this test at Macquarie Uni said that I would have to wait several months to be seen. "I am relating the facts and you draw your own conclusion. After a first comprehensive visit I have been told to change my medication, including medication to further lower my blood pressure (I was already on blood pressure medication). He rightly requested me to take blood pressure measurements for 2 weeks, 2 times per day. After submitting my measurements his comment was as follows "Dear Mr Ghete, These readings really are excellent.See you next month. Kind regards, Patrick Coleman M.B., M.R.C.P.I., F.R.A.C.P.". At a very brief next visit he measured my blood pressure and his reading was 99 mmHg for systolic. I told him I don't believe this measurement. After a few minutes he took again my blood pressure measurement of 114 mmHg for Systolic, so first measurement was not confirmed. Mind you in my measurements submitted to him I had occasionally 112, 114,115 and 116 mmHg and he was happy. In spite of that he advised me to not use any more blood pressure medication, without asking me to see what is happening by taking regular measurements, letting me to experience excessive blood pressure.
