"Karen at Erina store was the most obliging and helpful salesperson i have ever encountered. i had a list of Dianna Ferrari shoes that I had got from the internet the night before, she showed me what she had and then looked on the computer and told me which styles were nowhere to be found on the coast and which ones i could find at Tuggerah - such at time saver for me - she then called Anne-Marie at Tuggerah and told her i was coming there and to hold the 2 pairs i was interested in until i got there. Anne-Marie was just as helpful and i got a pair of shoes i was very happy with. i have neuropathy in my feet and needed some shoes that i was not going to slip out of. thanks again to Karen at Erina for the best and most helpful service i think i have ever rec'd and to Anne-Marie who carried on the service to a sale. "Hello , During lockdown I purchased two pairs of shoes online and like some off us the shoes didn't fit as they should have. Now out of lockdown , I phoned the Erina store, Karen answered and after explaining my dilemma offered to exchange to the next size . Upon arrival at the outlet ,Karen could not have been more helpful in the exchange without fuss or drama. Thank you for your excellent service ."
"We purchased some school shoes and discovered some issues with the results so went back after a couple of weeks and spent time with Karen who sorted everything out. Her service, honesty, and matter-of-fact approach turned what may have been a nuisance situation into a great outcome for our kids and us. I try not to judge a mistake in a store .. I will judge how the store remedies the mistake, and Karen was superb."
"Absolutely disgusting service at this store. I purchased a pair of shoes, and the next day I needed to return them (hadn't even taken them out of the box or even the bag) and they refused to return because it was a "sale" item. How is it a "sale" item if EVERYTHING in your store is 20% off? I wouldnt have bought them if I couldnt return them! Service was horrible. Will never shop there again."
