"We were greeted by someone at the door and asked where kids shoes section was. He pointed us in the right direction but once there myself and another customer who came in after us stood around for about 5-10 min with shoes in our hands waiting for someone to help. There were a few staff walking around but didn’t seem to be doing much. I would have called out to someone but the music was so loud (and terrible) I doubt anyone would have heard. So we left and went to a shop down a bit and got seen to within the minute. Funnily enough the other couple with kids walked in after us too. They must of got sick of waiting too."
