For those looking for a refreshing swim or hydrotherapy/rehabilitation sessions, our 25m lap pool is available for casual use and group bookings. However, please note that the pool is not available from 1:00pm to 2:00pm daily. To secure your spot, we recommend making a booking in advance.
In addition to swimming, we also offer casual walking and exercise opportunities throughout the day. Whether you're looking to stay active or simply enjoy a leisurely stroll, our facility caters to your needs.
Join us on Monday, 25th September for Breaststroke and Freestyle sessions. Our experienced instructors will guide you through the techniques and help you improve your swimming abilities.
