"I'm retired from showing toy poodles. I decided to indulge myself with my last toy poodle {Ollie} and let someone else do the grooming. I'm used to a high standard of poodle care and expected the same of the person I chose. That was five years ago. Rebecca is always on time, confirms bookings by text the day before. In the rare event of cancellation I'm informed in advance and every effort is made to accommodate my timetable . I've had a standard four weekly booking since I began with Alot "A" Luv. That's a Alot 'A' excellent service. I'm happy with Ollie's grooming and appreciate when Rebecca reports anything she feels pertains to Ollie's well being. A new bump or redness around her feet. Grooming is an excellent time to check for little changes. Ollie's used to handling and grooming and she is well behaved for Rebecca - I believe Ollie also appreciates being "tidied up" by confident experienced hands."
