"I had an 8:30am appointment for my Pug this morning and was 15 minutes late. I can accept the fact that I was late and policies are in place for this however, the demeanour and tone of your employee JORDY was completely disrespectful and simply no need for it. The moment I walked in the door there was no hello or not even a smile, I explained I was late and she abruptly said no the appointment must be rescheduled in a rude tone, she continued to explain t&c’s and when I said that I had called and no answer she became very defensive and trying to shove the phone at me to check that there had been no missed calls. The issue here is not that I was late, it’s the vulgar attitude and customer service of JORDY, If she simply was kind and sincere i would have gladly rebooked for another time. I would like a follow up on this issue from the store manager otherwise I will be contacting head office. My details are in the appointment I made online for 17/08 my dogs name is Nino. Looking forward to hearing from the manager."
"Had our pup groomed here for the first time. We were impressed with the groom we received, he looked great. Unfortunately, when I got home I realised we were charged for a deluxe package we didn't request nor receive. With prices already at the higher end its disappointing they don't take more care. I think I'll continue looking for a groomer, I felt ripped off."
