"We were very excited to plan on our honeymoon after meeting Sinead from Travel Counsellors at an expo in September. But since then zero contact only automated marketing emails. Emailed twice to begin planning and 2 months later still no reply. Read most recent review and think we got lucky. Can't understand how this is meant to drive business. Will be going elsewhere."
"Started off a positive experience booking our honeymoon with sinead but that was the only positive experience. Our names were spelled incorrectly on our travel documents and flights booked on the wrong dates. Our experience went down hill from there. Endless mistakes from start to finish resulting in our TC sinead not answering our emails or phone calls while still on honeymoon dealing with her mistakes. My advice, save yourself some money and book the trip yourself."
"Rob at Travel Counsellors looked after us very well. We happened to be near the path of a hurricane and he personally worked late into the evening and through his days off to ensure we were ok and all plans would continue to run to plan. He also organised some treats for us in some hotels and was an overall great help from start to finish finding hotels for us that we wouldn’t have found otherwise."
"I made my initial enquiry via an online message with travel councillors in March, and after three weeks I still had no reply, so I sent another message. The counsillor responded straight away, and I emailed to her my quite specific trip details. She requested me as a friend on FB!What she came back with was extremely basic and not and none of my requests incorporated. We discussed same and she said she would come back to me. After 2 months I contacted her again, so we arranged to meet at my home, this I felt was very good of her, and I really felt she listened to my specific detail. However it took her 3 weeks to come back to me with an itinery, and she made no contact with me within those 3 weeks. I called her and explained that I felt the response was poor and this concerned me. Followimg this she deleted me as a friend on FB ... poor service and immature. Would not recommend at all."
