"Utterly racist experience. I asked for flight home to Aus. Initially the agent said there were no flights, then when I said they have been allowed as of Nov 1st - she didn't even know this. But the kicker was then her next refusal to help was because, 'You can't fly, only Australians can go.' Didn't ask if I was Australian. Just assumed I wasn't and I had to correct her. While I'm wearing my Aussie Rules Football jacket, talking with my bogan Aussie accent ... I was still was not Home and Away White enough apparently to be helped to go home. Or treated with basic customer service. She clearly did not want to serve me. I wouldn't want to rely on such an agency for help abroad, I also think if you're working in a global space you don't get to be this ignorant. Amazing how you can try to support a local business, but this is the attitude."
