"We recently booked the trip of a lifetime with Sarah to Australia and New Zealand. Sarah gave us very helpful advice when planning our trip, from her personal knowledge of both countries, and made the booking of our trip so easy. Unfortunately, when the Covid 19 virus was rapidly spreading, Sarah ensured our return flights from Sydney to Ireland were secured quickly. We were unable to visit New Zealand, and had a lovely trip planned to visit both North and South Islands. Sarah appealed to the company on our behalf for a refund of our money rather than vouchers, and with some persuasion they have agreed. We are very appreciative. Many thanks for all your help."
