"I love Pompey ! We travelled down from Liverpool and were so excited to visit the shop, but unfortunately we left disappointed. The store seems to have no sizes bigger than medium in polo shirts or the third kit. There were no prices on the shirts and other items which didn’t help and the only t-shirts in larger sizes were displayed as if there was one design only. I ended up changing the display and found three ! The gnomes were under a table with dust and the girl behind the til just made you feel uncomfortable for asking about sizes. As a Pompey fan for 40 odd years I was so disappointed as with a few signs, extra sizes, price tags and smiling faces the shop could be great and make more money for the club. PS please sort out the disability slope it was half put on the step and my over half ended up have a big fall as we left."
