"Out of all the sport brand stores, Puma has the kindest and coolest employees by far! The store has a more cozy feeling as it’s noticeably smaller than its competitors but it makes up for it with a cozy atmosphere! Also their selection of clothes is cool! While it’s not the biggest nor in my opinion the best that the brand provides, to my liking, they still have some very nice pieces. But the standout of the store, and why I’m leaving this review is the employees. The employees are by far the nicest, kindest and coolest employees I have ever met. Their store is a little less busy that other sport brand stores around but they are still quite busy, and still the customer service provided was fantastic! I got the pleasure to chat to two separate individuals at the checkout today and wow, they were the nicest and kindest people ever. They were so lovely and so easy to have a conversation with and they were honestly great and kind people. I highly highly highly recommend this Puma store here in Gunwharf and I couldn’t be happier! Thanks for making my experience awesome today!"

"Don't buy from this store, Disgusting. They making excuses everytime. I bought one hoodie as birthday gift from this store to give one of my friend, and they said you can exchange it, but that size was little big thats why my friend went there to exchange with whatever store gave me and they said they can't exchange without tag. but they sold me hoodies without tag and I asked about tag when I went for shopping they just checked online and gave it to me, I asked for exchange as well, They agreed to exchange and all while I went for shop but after 4 day my go there with all they gave they said not possible. They have CCTV they can check everything but no they don't wanted to exchange. Really disappointed. This store made my reputation down. I am thinking to go legally now. Its store mistake not mine why should they not accepting their mistakes. Still If you are going to but then make sure you record everything what staff telling you and what they giving you in your bag as a proof. Now, Puma brand is not exist in my whole community. No one going to buy and I will share this experience in my University group as well."
