"Customer service very poor, asked a lady to find out about a product. Left standing with my partner for her return and she never came back. She went on to deal with another customer. When I questioned her at the til she said we have no stock. Don't understand why she ignored me."
"I visited next store on the Dunmore Road to buy 3 suits for my sons to go to a wedding. 2 very nice girls working there Amy and Jessica got us sorted. I can't say enough on how good and helpful these girls were. They were so pleasant and nothing fazed them. We got sorted with suits shoes shirts. "I recently decided to make an account up for next so that I could order some stuff online. I had been in my local store and saw they were good value for clothing for kids and adults. However although it's great that it's free delivery on items, the thing that is strange is I ordered a number of items, but I have had to go to the store a number of times to pick them up. Why do next not get the whole order together and then txt you to come collect it. Service was great when collecting them, but come on now! If you place an order with 5 items then it should have all 5 items when you go to collect them."
