"Really friendly and helpful staff! I asked someone where a fairly specific product was and she took me to it immediately. The lady at the checkout also explained the benefits of the Hobbycraft Card very thoroughly. The price for everything was very reasonable! Excellent experience, I will be coming back."

"Although a little bit harder to park, due to the volume of visitors to the store/garden centre. The staff greeting at the door was very welcoming and helpful. So much to choose from for the gifts of craft making for all ages. Great displays and sensible pricing. My daughter and I had a very enjoyable relaxing two hours viewing and buying. Excellent place"

"The seasonal display is always good and gives great inspiration. The staff have knowledge of the store and can help you find things. But for those who cannot find staff, or prefer to shop alone, finding the isle for you is a bit hard. I wanted a specific item, and I had to walk through half the shop to find it, by myself that is. Can be a bit pricey for some things, but expect it"
