"Shame there is not a "zero" star option. Called today in desperate need of a christening bracelet with an engraved name. I know I'm late to order but i work in nursing care. Anyways, I call and a man answers and is very rude to me. He told me that no where in there south of England will engrave said bracelet for me. Impossible, apparently. He said i would have to pay "quite a lot of money" to have this done Quoting £45, i said no problem to which he said it had to be sent off. But previously said it was hand engraved. At that price i would expect it done in house. However i got off of the phone to the very patronising man and immediately got through to a Southampton company that could help and for more than half the price with collection at 12!! I would take your custom else where"
