"Always wanted to go here after hearing colleagues have been before. Pre ordering the food in advance was really easy, it was great to have a section about allergies and if you wanted to alter anything to your meal which was fantastic as normally that isn't an option in a lot of places. I also had to email in when we were adding more food to our order which was a really easy and quick process. Lots of options on the menu and it clearly states what is suitable for vegetarians which is amazing. (We didn't have desserts but they didn't state if they were vegetarian but I would have asked if we were ordering them). The parking was very straight forward and we were told where to park. We arrived at 6.30. We were greeted when we got to the entrance and was taken to our seats which was under the Tipi. Within a few moments we were asked for our first drinks order but we hadn't had chance to look at the menu yet. We ordered hot chocolates and a coke, the hot chocolates were really lovely and for only £2 as well we thought it was a bargain. Our food order arrived, we ordered, Harvester Pizza (Vegetarian), Normal Hot Dog, The Beast Burger and the Snuffler Pizza (Pepperoni), four lots of skins on Fries and Halloumi fries. The Pizzas were £10 each, we were a bit disappointed when it came to the pizzas, there was just so much cheese on such a small pizza, I would have preferred less cheese or a bigger base, luckily the fries (for only £3) were massive portions to what we had imagined, they were really nice and crispy on the outside and soft inside, very impressed. The Halloumi Fries were gorgeous as well along with the Sweet Chilli Sauce. The burger and hot dog I was told was also very nice. Ordered cups of teas and more hot chocolates throughout the evening which were all lovely. Visited the toilets which were very clean as well. We were only able to stay for the first section of the music, he was very good and it was great to hear live music, it would have been great to hear some popular songs that you could sing along to but I appreciated that the musician was there to play his own music so I guess it just depends on preference. Took our winter coat and clothes, wish we had taken a blanket but the hot chocolates warmed us up enough, I would actually take cushions next time as our bums got very numb on the picnic bench. The fire pits were really awesome as well and smelt amazing (you do take the smell home with you too!) We were slightly off the side of the tipi one so unfortunately didn't see it unless we stood up and also got the covered side so couldn't feel it where we were say however when we stood up nearby it was really amazing and so nice and warm! Staff members were also really nice, I do think we were asked about drinks way to often though where we even felt like we had to hold on to our mugs just so we didn't have to turn them away again (we did order a few drinks I promise! We were just there for food, hot chocolates and entertainment) so that did make us feel a bit uncomfortable. Decorations and everything were so pretty and it was a great atmosphere, would definitely go again but I would order slightly different food and would take a cushion."

"Visited for the oktoberfest party on Saturday just gone. Couldn't fault it, service was great, band were awesome, food was lovely! My friend who booked it forgot to tell the venue that I'm plant based but this wasn't a problem as we were asked about dietary requirements at the table and they offered a plant based platter for me which was unexpected and really tasty! I live in Kent but if I was closer I would visit more often."
