Convenient location for Derby. Plenty of parking. Food is standard fare for chain pub but perfectly fine. I love carvery so I was sorted."

One staff member in particular he has classes, slim and fairly tall gave my boy a ball to play with as he got a bit bored. Very kind of him. The food is always lovely and it's always so warm and welcoming in here. Very nice place love the atmosphere and staff!!! Recommended.! Thankyou"

"Excellent service all around. Easy to check in and find hotel. Enough parking Excellent friendly service as soon as we walked. Ordered a larger and lime which was just to my liking. Carvery was absolutely mouthwatering. The gammon was cooked to perfection. The potatoes and veg were cooked amazing. Then ordered a coffee with a hazelnut shot, again absolutely outstanding even for a coffee. Shame this is not a local place for me as it was truly fantastic. Thank you Andrea and your staff today!"

"Unbelievably bad experience, most of the food was inedible, flat Yorkshire pudding, burnt veg, undercooked meat, nachos looked like they had been put together by a five year old. Beyond awful customer service, table wasn't reserved despite booking. One member of staff was extremely obnoxious, others couldn't take order or serve tables without making multiple mistakes. Had to ask for a spoon four times. No crayons provided with the so called activity book. Refund was given, but two hours later and we still need to make a meal at home. All of this and they were very quiet...truly awful."
