"Awful customer service. Manager has a very bad attitude to complaints. Was told we can only complain when asked if all is OK??? Never heard so much nonsense. Food was inedible, was only offered one meal to be replaced. Why would we want more horrible food. Manager and waitress slamming things. Shaking head when walked away. Absolute discrase. Never again. Had no respect at all. Totally ruined birthday. We had 2 special needs children with us and this is how we was treated."

"I love this pub, the staff are always friendly, smiling and cannot do enough for you, nothing is too much trouble. The atmosphere is so relaxed and also refreshing. The food is always amazing and reasonably priced.We have been here on several occasions and have always been welcomed and accommodated."

"Pretty average, nothing to really comment on. Service was terrible however, table wasn’t cleared for deserts until we eventually gave up waiting and had to find somebody to ask. Drink and food orders were forgotten by staff multiple times. Nothing special here that makes me want to visit again. Only member of staff that was helpful was a waitress named Libby."

"Excellent experience. Very friendly welcome, they made the kids smile. Food was great, no complaints really, maybe just the carrots being very undercooked, but that's being picky. Nice clean pub, good selection of food, the wait time wasn't long and the price wasn't bad at all. We will return :)"
