"Drogheda store is a joke. Staff are rude and ignorant. Impossible to get a hold of one of them for help. Then on the way out there's a load of them standing around chatting with the security guard. Won't be going back to the kip."
"Absolutely would not recommend this store. Busy Saturday afternoon with only one of the 2 changing rooms open. We were told that it is company policy to only open one changing room irrespective of the number of people who wish to use them !! In addition when you finally gain entry you can only bring in 2 items at a time. Why not do what other stores do and assign a staff member to the changing rooms. There was plenty of staff just wandering around. This is a store you need to try on in as they do not give a cash refund just a credit note which is also most unusual!!"
"I seen a pair of Levi jeans for my son, it was marked €110 on a sale tag, but underneath it was marked €85..??? I thought a sale price was ment to be cheaper than the marked price. Clearly not in this instance. Spoke to a manager & was told that, that was the price they came in at.she stood her ground & wasn't moving on the price, take it or leave it, I certainly left the Jean's behind."
