"20/1/23 Bought kitchen and quartz worktops Quartz work top damaged Nothing but a nightmare Friendly people but no communication But would recommend maybe buying Quartz worktops from a different supplier really disappointed With Howdens took us along time To save for kitchen Will add further comments 23/01/23 No contact made to myself By anyone yet 24/01/23 Still waiting had this installed on the 9/1/23 sink does not fit still Damages to work top Still no direct contact to resolve this Really disappointed with howdens installation team terrible communication Between departments Will update tomorrow If the owner is reading these reviews Could you contact me please Update 24/1/23 14.16 Just had phone call from howdens Asked if I would choose another colour Worktop because they said It could have Same issues surely there must be Some quality control So damaged work surfaces are not sent To customers damage Is damage We have chosen kitchen design colour scheme decor sinks fittings kitchen units to match blend with work tops We ordered If we had known or been made aware This was the case we would of ordered Other colour scheme maybe 2 weeks on from howdens installation No complete kitchen Our dream kitchen has turned into a NIGHTMARE Will update 27/1/23 Told we have to wait till The 13/2/23 Until worktop can be resolved So waited nearly 6 weeks with no usable kitchen. I’m disgusted Paid 12000 pound on kitchen we can’t use. UPDATE 01/01/2022 This review is directed at Howdens installation team Sheffield Not howdens team brackmills Team at brackmills are very helpful But been let down buy Howdens installation team Sheffield Sadly can’t leave reviews directly to them so have had to leave reviews at point of purchase which sadly is brackmills"
