"On 1st October the engineer was unable to fix the freezer door problem and a replacement fridge freezer was ordered. On Jan 28th Ash and Seb arrived with the new one. Before all the work of taking the old one out and bringing the new one in he wanted to check the problem. He found the fault and fixed it! What a clever and professional team they are. You sent the best and we are delighted."

"Cant get hold of anyone! I have sent multiple emails and tried to call in but no one picks up. Customer service 1/10. I returned an item under the no quibble policy. They took 1 months to collect the item and now its another month later and no refund processed! Absolute shambles of a company. Do not recommend! I called in again 8am. Spoke to someone in New Zealand called Melissa. She said she would put me through to resolution team and they hung up on me! Might be a phone problem but it needs to be fixed! I tried again straight after and hung up on again. Very disappointed. I have raised a chargeback claim with my bank. Avoid this company based on customer service at all costs! Imagine if you equipment breaks down!"
