"store policy is that you can't return a shoe without a box, even If its damaged from the beginning. That's just plain fraud, and wouldn't hold in any european court. But who is gonna sue over a 100€ shoe? To handle customers like this is just disgusting and right out criminal. Don't support these criminals by buying something from this store, such businesses need to vanish!"
"Awful costumer service. I was looking for a staff member to give me a pair of shoes, to finally find 3 staff members at the till seeing a video on possibly the managers phone. I was asked immediately by the staff if I was buying the shoes and told that you are not allowed to try both shoes at the same time. They shoes were for my daughter. The girl was extremely smart to me. Not a good experience. Office is not a cheap shop but the service was as cheap as you can get."
"The worst shopping experience ever! The staff was not helpful at all and never checked in on us, but were just relaxing and talking to each other at the counter. The store also didn’t open up on time and kicked us out due to malfunction of their own credit card system. While they closed for about an hour, they didn’t hang up any sign, leaving other customers confused that the store was open during business hours. When finally getting back at the store and found the shoes we were looking for at the sales division, we found out that the exact shoe was not on sale, leaving us irritated and disappointed. They did not apologize for anything, which was the final drop for us… we left the store after spending one hour in vain."
"Very bad service. We are so disappointed. The staff were just chilling and talking instead of helping the customers. We wasted more than 1 hour in that store.. we will never come back and we will never recommend this to anyone. The opening time was at 10 o’clock but we waited outside for a long time because they wasn’t ready. They were just looking at us without telling us why they were late."
