"Came 6 minutes before closure and it was locked, girls inside pretending not to see anyone…. Would have bought boots that I tried yesterday…. Camper it is!"

"I'm a fan of fly shoes and boots, they are so comfortable, stylish and last for years. However the staff, Wicklow Street, are consistently poor, really the case, it's astonishing. So you need to be proactive and get on with it yourself, the product is worth it but don't expect anything else....what a shame. I've popped in over the years and no improvements on service evident yet."

"Tried to deal with extremely rude woman in Wicklow street branch about sandals I had only worn once and velcro fasteners kept opening.Emer who said she was the manager would not look at sandals that were still in box receipt just kept repeating I would have to go online even though they were bought in that shop! Surely this is wrong and if Emer is the manager she resrea needs to learn basic manners never mind customer care skills"

"Terrible customer service. On a visit to the Wicklow Street store I asked to speak to the manager in regard to the rude manner in which I was being spoken to by the sales assistant, only to find out she was the manager. I sincerely hope she in not in charge of training in new staff with her personal approach to dealing with paying customers. Very disappointing."
