"Store closes at 6, I tried to come in at 5:30 exactly to look for one specific item which would not even take more than 10 mins. Staff turned me away at the door saying they are "closed in 5 minutes." Amend your online hours then"

"Good selection of moderately priced fashionable clothes , to suit all tastes of modest / conservative or immodest attire. I would recommend that H&M as a company invests in an automation program though, it would be great to have alternative methods of payment for clothing .. not traditional always. It’s the modern age so would be better to see automation for H&M."
