Better laid out, more choice of goods and the assistant (Axel) was very helpful and had a wide knowledge of the products in the art department. She helped me choose the ideal product for the job i needed to do. Very impressed and would recommend this store highly."

"The staff are always too busy stocking to help so if you ask a question its like you are burdening them which is not great, I tend to walk around several times hunting for what I need. On my visit 19th Jan I had £100 worth of stuff to get to the till to be advised cash only as they card terminals were down. I walked to the bingo next door to use the atm and when I went back to tills they were taking card payments... not ideal."

"Called in few weeks ago for a real Christmas tree. They had a big range of sizes. Some were out of nets, others in nets. Asked a member of staff if they could help me and along came Joe, he was great, nothing was too much trouble for him. He helped me choose the tree, and even carried it to the car. I always find the staff at the Range really helpful, and Joe certainly was. The tree is beautiful, keeping its shape well, and was a good price."
