"Absolute best smash burger in Dublin. This place is speedy, delicious, and just what we needed during the COVID lockdown. The Rolling Heifer is part of a larger outdoor food market so post-burger you can grab an ice cream at Shake or a coffee at Capall Box and continue on your walk. If I ate here as frequently as I wish I could, I would literally become a rolling heifer."
