"Every item was below par. “Fried rice” was boiled rice with an egg and no flavour. Korean beef was extremely tough, couldn’t chew it. S&S chicken was drowned in overly sugary sauce, we couldn’t finish it and threw it all out. Very low quality takeaway, wouldn’t order again."

"Worst experience..Stay away from this place. The lady manager was so rude, we ordered a vegetarian dish and they gave us a dish which contained prawn, pork, egg, and chicken and when we called them they said I am wrong and did not replaced my order and started abusing and arguing over the call. Just noticed they have done same thing even in the past by delivering wrong order and not accepting their mistake and putting back to the customer. Spoiled our Friday evening. Save your money and stay away from this place."

"Went Saturday 4th Feb 2023. Had been looking forward to eating there but left very disappointed. Place was freezing, no heat other than Super Ser and oil filled radiators at different spots in the restaurant. Ordered starters which arrived promptly and were delicious so was excited about the rest of our order. Had Specifically mentioned TWICE that one of our party was severly allergic to onions but still her food arrived with onions which was only noticed after a few minutes which was too late, they were violently ill for hours following. My own order was mistaken and i got the wrong order, when i mentioned this the food i was then delivered was definately not a fillet beef Rendang and if it was that restaurants interpretation of one they need a new chef. NEVER GOING THERE AGAIN. Giving 1star for the starters"

"Dine in on occasion and order takeaways from here quite often and the food is always good and the service has never been an issue but yesterday for St stephens day the service was terrible. We asked to sit somewhere warm away from the door but the place was freezing. No internal heating, instead they had heaters that they constantly push around the restaurant, sounds like a shopping trolly being dragged around, the noise of them and they were constantly in the way of people walking by. Everyone around us looked miserable and you could tell it was mainly because of the level of service. A table of 4 ladies were seated without menus and they had to ask for them and the couple across from us had empty plates stacked up and the 3 staff that were working were just walking by. There was 4 tables about 10 of us in the restaurant and when the food arrived after God knows how long they only brought my food. I told the waitress and she didn't seem bothered by it, she said "they are still making it." Why would you serve food to one person but have the other sitting with nothing? That takes away the whole experience/idea of dining in a restaurant to eat with someone else. She just walked off after, even while I was in the middle of talking. After waiting 10 more minutes and no sign of the rest of our food I had to go up to the man at the bar and ask what's going on, one of us has food and the other doesn't and it was about 1 hour or more after we arrived and ordered. They brought some of our food minutes later but not all of it, the soup that we ordered which was a starter, we had to tell the waitress at the time who was serving us for the third time what we ordered. It wasn't even busy, they just didn't care. If you aren't going to care for your customers and put some effort in to provide good service then don't have customers sit in. And can you believe it, €6 for a bottle of water, absolutely ridiculous! I give 2 stars only because the food was nice but overall very very disappointed, we won't be returning any time soon."

"I never received my food after 2 hours!! I am a regular customer to panda Asian fusion. Like always, I placed my delivery and after 1 hour and 30 minutes of nothing arriving I decided to ring the restaurant. They explained to me that my delivery was received ? Even thought I had no food whatsoever in front of me. I now have photogenic proof of my neighbour admitting they too my good! This restaurant did not even supply anything extra or anything free. Completely poor service all around. After 2 full hours or pleading and begging, with the staff and the MANAGER, I was finally taken into consideration and my food was sent to me . I have never been accused of lying in my whole life. This restaurant tried to tell me I was lying even though more than 30€ was taken from my account! I was eating past 12 am at night and I work early in the morning I am disgusted with the staff and management of this company. I will do everything I can to make sure this is recognised."
