"Despite me visiting this store on several occasions this time I was really disappointed. I picked some items from sale aisle and took to check out. Cashier scanned and I paid. I checked my receipt and realised I paid more than I expected. I had to queue again and then she called her manager to check the price. She took one item away and didn’t even refund it. Then I realised she only had refunded one item and once again I had to queue up . It wasn’t easy to do this with two young children. I was shocked since I have never experienced this behaviour in this shop before. Cashier never bother to apologise for their mistakes. Just to say it will help to check your receipt when purchasing the items to avoid any hassle."
