"Limited sizes available. Made a purchase, did not give a receipt and I assumed it was put in the bag. Came home and realised the sizes are too small. Went back next day and had to spend a lot of time to do an exchange. It was made out it was my fault I did not get a receipt as I should of asked for one. Eventually he agreed to do an exchange after 15mins of convincing. If you want peace of mind of some basic after sales care then go elsewhere. Luckily these were small value, can't imagine if it was some worth more."

"Visited this amazing little baby shop today, absolutely fantastic little shop, superb prices and perfect customer services, the gentleman we met was very helpful allowing us to try his prams and showed us in detail the positive and negatives of each we were looking at, he also showed us upstairs to another collection of Beds, Cots pushchairs and prams, next time you looking for baby bits pop in and see him you wont be disappointed. Thank you so much for a great experience!!!"
