"Very disappointing and shocking experience. Went to buy 4 cans of Stella Artois on the evening of 16/03/2023, and yet again the packing is always damaged due to the flimsy cardboard, so had to pick up the 4 cans separately. I went to pay, and just casually asked the male cashier, would he mind giving me a bag free as the packaging was damaged, and I would not have had to buy a bag usually. He rudely replied to me to read the small sign to buy or bring a bag with you. When I said l willl leave it then as didn't want to buy a bag, he shouted loudly at me to get out of the shop. Usually people use their own discretion, and would have kindly offered me a free bag due to the damaged packaging. I was totally shocked, this man should not be dealing with the general public. No customer service skills whatsoever! I felt so humiliated. Never returning."

"Never any staff available, spent 5 minutes waiting the other night while the bloke spoke to his girlfriend? Don’t want to risk ordering online anymore as they more often than not, cancel my order? Could be a great shop, just needs the right management and staff. Shame."

"Double check EXPIRATION DATES when you buy from there and you in a hurry. I am delivery rider, I was in a hurry and bought an old sandwich ..... minus 2.75 Thanks alot CO-OP, from now on I will do only deliveries from there and wont buy ANYTHING. Very, very disappointed :( :("
