"I stayed in this area for almost a year in total. This shop was having a promotion on 4pcs of beer with a certain standard. I was always charged and extra £2 for that. Not discussing about the cash machine who blocked the amount on my card and delivered a note to contact the shop, several times. When I confronted the owner and his employee in the same date he offered me apologies for robbing me with charges over £725. All can be proved with bank statements"
