"Always nice staff but as others have mentioned it's nowhere near as good as the other one stop which is now rebranded to tescos. The layout is very narrow and the till area is crowded and never clear on direction of queues. Whole store needs a complete refurb."

"This One Stop is in a good location but at peak times trying to get out of car park onto the Westerleigh Road when there’s a lot of traffic can be difficult if no one lets you out. I would say this One Stop is no where near as good as the other One Stop in Yate off of Wellington Road. I feel like the layout of this One Stop could be much better/improved and it is extremely crowded with stock by the till area. The hand rail outside needs fixing as it is very wobbly and the whole store could do with a bit of a refurb to make it better. The staff are friendy."
