"Shopped in there this afternoon. Another customer entered the store not wearing a face mask.When I alerted a member of staff she said she was unable to do anything about it but I as a customer could. This is not correct by my understanding of the law as is currently stands. Staff turn a blind eye to the current Covid 19 guidelines and the legal requirements. You have to make a judgement before you enter the store on how safe it is to shop. Very unsatisfacory."

"I've tried to buy a lof of bread which says 1.25 on shelfs and when i went to till she charged me 1.70 and when i asked why is that? She said..well. they are 1.70 and i said but why it says 1.25 on shelfs and she said well it's 1.70 you want to take it or not it's up to you.. so she just put 0.50p to her pocket from my pocket and just think how many 0.50p they putting in there pockets everyday?!!"
