"Never had an issue before but since dhl have been the delivery provider , I've had an awful experience. 4 weeks being passed from pillar to post. Apparently can't find my brothers address despite me giving Google maps link. Now the order has been returned to sender. My christmas ruined and my brother not getting any home festive food. "I'm from the UK where the warehouse is based so I only purchased some bits I couldn't find in the shops this close to Xmas. I didn't mind paying what I paid for delivery but it took 5 working days for my order to even be shipped. (Ordered 10th, shipped on 16th) Looks like it's with the courier now so fingers crossed I get it this week as it's stuff for Christmas! Website isn't great tho, I'm stuck in a login loop and the things I've purchased are still sat in my basket reminding me to check out even tho I've received an invoice already."

"Okay I'll start with the ugly, it's not cheap. But I get it, they've got mouths to feed and international shipping to pay for. As for the good, I think the product range is great, delivery was quick and ultimately they came through on their promise to get some awesome British products to me over in Portugal. I can recommend (perhaps not for the weekly shop though)!"
