"I’ve had two very different experiences in this store. The first time I was greeted by a tall man with his hair in a bun and a blonde lady with glasses. They were welcoming, friendly, informative and couldn’t do enough for us. The second time I was greeted by a lady with blonde hair who had the worst attitude. She was incredibly rude and offish. She refused to exchange a faulty item and was pushing for me to pay extra money to get it prepared! Totally ruined my experience."

"Ordered 2 items online, both came defective, exchanged 1 of them in store only to find out later that it was damaged as if it had been worn. They say that each item is quality checked before dispatch, but that is definitely not the case. Return/repair policy isn't very friendly either with a note mentioning you may be charged... For the price being paid, I would expect a much higher quality product and a more welcoming service. Recommend staying away, there are other companies and brands in a similar price range that are far superior in quality and service."
