"This company was absolutely professional and went above and beyond for us. Being without heating in winter isn’t fun and when you come across a company willing to go the extra mile for a part, trying all sorts of options to make it work. It’s really the sort of company you need. We now have a warm home and if it wasn’t for this company we would still be freezing cold. I am very grateful to him especially as the boiler company was completely happy with us being without heating for an additional 3 days with a young child at home - DPD delayed the parcel and the boiler company resent it for delivery after the weekend. This company didn’t stand for it and they tried everything to make it work - willing to drive hours to get a spare elsewhere etc . They succeeded and like I said, we are now warm. So thank you"

He was extremely professional and thorough (including clean out the magnetic filter which a previous plumber had refused to do), answering all my questions and explaining what he was doing when asked. He completed all the paperwork and left me confident that my boiler was in good order. I would recommend him without hesitation."
