"Complete waste of money, had dpf and 5th injector taken out after 24hrs of the process and they where Completely blocked up , don't use go for a terra clean instead. Very very disappointing. Dpf garage that solved the problem was disgusted and commented that I had been ripped off"

"Excellent service from start to finish. Made a remarkable difference to my 100,000 mile diesel Qashqai’s fuel economy and performance. The DPF light has stayed off, and no more losses of power at low revs. Michael was a really nice guy, and explained the process of the clean very clearly, with the cost up front. The process took around two hours, on my drive, all under his watchful eye. I just supplied an electric power socket, and coffee! Once finished, payment was made by card, which is a huge plus. "After the nightmare job of a DIY DPF replacement a few years ago, I decided to get a DPF clean before history repeated itself. After booking on the Carbon Clean website, I got a call back from Mike who, to his credit, offered to come out on a Sunday to complete an on-car clean. He arrived in great time on the chosen day and within a few minutes he was set up and running. I left him to it, coming back just over 90mins later and it was all done. He gave a great description of the work done, follow-up steps I should take and what to expect. I took my car for a drive immediately afterwards and the difference was instantly noticeable. The revs had previously been hunting on idle and light throttle, going up and back down by 50-100 revs all the time; this problem was gone. The revs were now rock solid all the time. Pickup above 50mph was noticeably better too. The next morning, on a cold engine, the same was true at lower speeds; the car pulled better than it had been in a long time. Probably some of the most well spent money I've put into my car, and I highly recommend getting in touch with these folks if you have DPF issues."
