"Came here in an emergency with my 80 year old disabled mother who needed to use the disabled toilet just within the entrance door, the place was open as usual with no covid restrictions and a very rude lady at the door told me that my mother couldn't use the facility and to use the pub up the road, call yourselves a house of god and open to anybody, you should be ashamed. Obviously we shall not be using the place for tea and refreshments ever again, and just to let everyone know, the lady at the door said it is the management that set this rule not her."
