"Staff member named Linda was completely useless in helping it took 2 Staff members and a manager to tell her to do a regular procedure she was fully aware she couldn't do the procedure yet refused to go to the back to get someone more qualified this after a long queue on top of the lack of general help provided I will never be using this store again"
