"Went for the return the hotspot which is not good product,want to refund but they denied with rude staff, bad customer service. After long discussion they replaced the device but I don't want again the same product which is definitely not good. Don't buy anything from there ,think twice you can't get refund still policy is saying you 30 days but you can't refund."

"Preordered something from them and when I attempted to change the option to have it delivered on a different day rather than to my neighbour they're delivery service rescheduled the whole thing. They refused to change it back to the original delivery date and so I had to cancel the order and wait 5 days for the refund"

Day 2: I have ordered and waited for 20 min to collect in the store then I have found that it is repacked then I have requested the store to get another one, they said only one they have got. Wasted 2 hours. Zero recommendation for gifts and other"
