"Shameful store! This should be a friendly environment for kids but it is not!!! Went there today with my daughter to buy a toy. Given the money to my daughter because I am teaching her to budget or save some and not spend all her money. She picked a Barbie that is cheaper than the money she have, but when the till checked it was wrong and expensive on what the labelled on the shelves. Went back and choose another one, but this time we make sure that the toy was not just misplaced on the wrong label. This time there are 20 pieces above the label. Went to the till, and again it was labelled wrong! We went to a different till but both of them and you can see their face are unpleasant and seems irritated. Just handover some cash to my daughter for her not to be upset instead of going back again and have some frustration on her face. Before leaving the shop, I approach the staff at the entrance and raise the issue. But his face was not bothered and no interest on what I am saying. Never to come back again and not advisable to bring kids on this store!!!!"

"Visited 27/12/22 Didn't stay long when it became obvious there was many kids and adults coughing and spluttering over the toys. Final straw was the checkout operator coughing and sneezing and blowing their nose and then handling toys at the checkout without washing hands or even using hand gel. Couple of weeks time, there's going to be a lot of ill children.. hope it wasn't Strep A being spread.."

"After going in to purchase some Christmas presents, I required assistance to get one of the Lego sets on the shopping list down, after speaking with a gentleman stood at the front of the store was asked to go and speak to "the assistant over there". I stood waiting patiently for 5 or so minutes (which is difficult at the moment due to a broken knee and broken ankle and currently on crutches) but the assistant was stood on her phone "helping" another customer.... I asked for assistance and was told she was with another customer and would help as soon as she could, i asked her to get someone else to help but she refused. She reluctantly got the item from the top shelf and took it to the cashier register. I can completely understand helping customers, but actually if they can't see the item on the shelf, then they need to go to specsavers, not wasting the staffs time. If i couldn't have found it on the shelf i'd have used my brain and checked the stock checker on the website... A simple 5 minute process took a lot longer because someone couldn't find an item on the shelf....."

"Went today (Saturday 19th Nov 2022) to the Coventry store to get my son a new pram, Steve helped us out and was so helpful and friendly. Thank you x"

"It's nice, bright, clean and well organised. The staff were helpful, friendly and easy to find, thankfully as a lot of things are high up and need assistance to get down. There's a large range of things on offer from fidget toys to classic board games, roller skates, helmets and also a bunch of stuff for the more techy people. The only things that put me off a little were the really bright strip lights and the it felt like the AC was of full blast which didn't seem necessary for the cold and wet October morning"
