"Been to 2 birthday parties here one being my grandchildren’s. The prices they charge is ridiculous, when the parents are sat freezing in their coats. This has nothing to do with the fuel increases, I used to take me grandson before and was always freezing. If you’ve booked a party or going please make sure you have warm clothes on."

"We took our daughter to play on Sunday cause she had a ticket for free play from her birthday party so we went and it was absolutely freezing in their all adults had their coats on and was still freezing sorry but if they is gonna be children their the place needs to be warm not freezing it was more warmer outside in the rain than it was inside the play area absolutely ridiculous sort your heating out"

"Really poor experience Booked a party for my grandaughters 2nd birthday. The food were minimal and not worth what we paid for at all. Staff were rude and didnt seem to know what they were doing. Tried to tell the children to get ready to leave qt 13.45 when they didnt close until 14.00. Wouldnt recomend this place to anybody. Over charged for what they offer and truley think it was a poor experience."

"My children enjoy the play gym. However, when ordering a children's salad for £3.00 I certainly expect more than 2 slices of a tomatoes, 2 slices of cucumber, a couple fo grains of cheese and a few leaves. Usually like this play gym but absolutely disgusted at the food served to my 2 year old. When I attend a play gym to also provide my children with a dinner I expect a 3 pound dinner to fill a child. They should not offer meals that are not sufficient for children. I know some people can be dramatic with reviews but my description of the food is exactly is the food was and this is not fair to offer children this. What if a child relied on that meal in that day! Disgraceful"

"DO NOT BOOK BIRTHDAY PARTY i booked my daughters birthday here and the party in general was fun and enjoyed by all the children but honestly it was really poor for the price i paid. The food was more like snack finger foods. Elsa was just ridiculous if not for the laughs the adults had then £30 for this appearance was appalling as she just stood akwardly for about 15 minutes painted a few kids nails and left. Glitter hair spray was just slapped on. Snow machine was fun for the whole 5 minutes it was on before the floor and kids was soaked slippy and becoming dangerous, wasn't worth £5. There was no warning for the dj doing happy birthday which took away from the special moment. Pass the parcel was just a few sweets. The princess theme was pointless. Party bags were absolutely rubbish. What cost me £289 will of cost them less than £50 in total without a doubt. So to be blunt it was an absolute rip off and i would recommend taking your money elsewhere as the quality and set up was not nearly worth the money paid. The only pro was the friendly staff"
